Book your flight into Kansas City International Airport (MCI). We recommend booking your flight early and in advance (note: they are a big Southwest hub). The airport is about a 35 min drive to each hotel we recommend below (rental car or Uber/Lyft).
Many have asked whether you fly into Kansas or Missouri.. MCI is the shared airport for both! You technically will land in Missouri.

Cascade Hotel: Located steps away from Kansas City's iconic landmark called the Plaza, Cascade Hotel is one of Kansas City's newest hotels. The sleek rooms offer stunning views of the plaza and the hotel offers great amenities like a 24 hour fitness center and a spa. Lastly, the hotel has a number of great dining options if needing quick and convenient options. It's approximately a 20-min drive to the church and about 10 minutes to the reception venue. To ensure your convenience, transportation will be provided from the hotel to the church, from the church to the reception, and back to the hotel afterward. For reservations, please call the hotel at (816) and mention the Jandl and Ardeljan rate of $250/night. The reservation cut-off date is 4/15/2025.

The Raphael Hotel, Autograph Collection: The Raphael Hotel is a charming boutique hotel also located on the Plaza. Similarly, this hotel has a 24 hour fitness center and great room and dining options. This is just under a 20-min drive to the church and a 10 min drive from the reception. Transportation will be offered from this hotel to the church, from the church to the reception, and back home to this hotel from the reception. You can call the hotel at (816)-756-3800 and request the Jandl and Ardeljan rate ($298/night). The reservation cut off date is 4/15/2025.

Best option is to rent a car directly from the airport, as the city is spread out and lacks robust public transportation compared to what you might be used to in NYC. This will give you the flexibility to explore Kansas City throughout the weekend. However, if you prefer Ubers/Lyfts, they are available too.

As mentioned, there will be shuttles from both the Cascade Hotel and the Raphael Hotel. There will be one shuttle leaving promptly at 4:30pm from the Raphael and 4:40pm from the Cascade Hotel, so please get there early to catch it. After the church service, there will be one shuttle to the reception -- but just a 10 min Uber/Lyft as another option. Lastly, there will be shuttles home to the both hotels from the reception from 10-11:30pm. Ubers/Lyfts for anyone that stays for the after party.
