The Wedding Weekend: Schedule of Events (May 23th-25th)
Arrival Info
• 30 min drive from airport to hotels
• It’s recommended to rent a car, though Ubers are readily available
• Upon check in at Cascade & Raphael, ask for an out of town gift bag for Jandl/Ardeljan wedding if they don’t provide you one/if you’re not in the wedding block.
Friday, May 23rd, 2025: Welcome Party
• 8:30pm: Welcome Party at Tom & Teresa Walsh’s house. Address: 2101 West 59th Street, Mission Hills, Kansas 66208
Saturday, May 24th, 2025: Ceremony & Reception
- 4:30pm Shuttles: For out of town guests, 4:30pm shuttle from The Raphael & Cascade Hotel.
- 5:30pm Ceremony: The wedding ceremony will take place at Cure of Ars Catholic Church at 5:30 pm. Please arrive early to find parking and get seated. We kindly ask you to refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.
- 6:30-11pm Indian Hills Country Club: The reception will be held at Indian Hills Country Club with cocktail hour from 6:30-7:30pm followed by the reception from 7:30-11pm. There will be shuttles home from 10-11:30pm. If you miss the last shuttle, there's plenty of Ubers/Lyfts in the area.
- 11pm-12am After Party: for those that want to continue celebrating, stay at Indian Hills Country Club for a silent disco afterparty outside on the patio at Tilly's. The last shuttle will leave at 11:15pm but Ubers/Lyfts readily available for those that stay for the after party!
- Attire: Black Tie
- Complimentary Parking for those who choose to drive.
Sunday, May 25th, 2025: Farewell Brunch & Pickleball
- 11 AM - 1 PM: Farewell Brunch & Pickleball at Chicken N Pickle
- Attire: come in your pickleball attire and join us for bites & games. This spot is on the way to the airport, so feel free to pack your luggage and stop by before heading to the airport.
